The feeling of the first drops of water trickling down your skin in the shower… or of dipping into a cool mountain lake on a hot summer’s day… or of simply letting yourself float in seawater. Yes, it is possible to experience this sensation of well-being in your body… with atlasology.
The atlas – the topmost cervical vertebra of the spine – can cause us problems, however. Because our spine and its nerve cells have to put up with a lot.
